These are the best tasting fruit gum drops ever! I do not like spice drops and neither do my grandkids. So I found these and they are great. Fresh and very flavorful! I will be ordering again!!

these were very good! no extra moisture and just the right amount of salt.

Milk chocolate covered gummies are an odd combination. The chocolate covered salted caramels would be better without the salt. The red and black raspberry gummies would be better without the hard candy coating. Yogurt pretzels were the best of the lot, but could be improved with less salt. I don't avoid salt for health reasons, i just don't like to taste it.

I really like these because they make the best and tastiest veggie burgers. I used to buy veggie burgers at the market but they are so expensive and not all that tasty. Here is the recipe that I created for them: I measured 1/2 cup of lentils, rinsed and drained and added to a saucepan with one quart of filtered water. Simmer until they are fully cooked about 30 minutes then add about 2 cups of water.. Then add sliced carrots, cubed potatoes, chopped leeks, chopped brussels sprouts and diced celery. after the veggies are cooked, add 1/2 cup of quinoa flakes and simmer until done stirring constantly. Or turn off the heat and put a lid on it, the quinoa flakes will cook on their own. After this very thick soup is fully cooked, I take a masher and mash all the ingredients, then I place in into a refrigerator container for a few hours until the mixture cools. After it cools, you should have a thick dough like substance. By Tablespoonfuls, I form the dough into balls and roll them into organic rolled oats, flatten them out into patties and cook them on a well oiled cookie sheet in a 375 degree oven for approx. 35 minutes. ( I use rice bran oil which healthier than any other oil that I have tried.)

I love these Organic Mung Beans, I make my own Mung Bean Sprouts. I never knew how easy it was to make them. I took a quart size glass jar, measured 1/2 cup of Mung Beans into the jar and added 2 cups of filtered water. Put on cheese cloth on the top and set it on the counter overnight. The next day, drain the water out...and as the day progresses pour a cup or so of water into the jar, swish it around and drain the water out. I rinse and drain them every few hours so that they don't dry out and in two to three days, I have sprouts! They need to be rinsed before storing them in the refrigerator with a piece of paper towel covering them and then a plate covering them in a shallow dish. They last up to one week like that. They are great on salads and good to add to stir fry or just eat them with a spoon. They are delicious, and good source of alkaline food to balance your PH.
