I have blood sugar issues and am now unable to eat sugar. I have tried all kinds of online sugar-free fudge recipes and they all come out chalky, bitter, bland, or with an imbalance of sweetness and chocolaty taste. Nuts.com has nailed this fudge recipe. It is just like the "real sugar" fudge I was able to eat years ago. It's satisfyingly sweet like fudge is supposed to be and the consistency is moist and smooth.
