Not one bit silly, Milk Thistle (Silymarin) Extract is made from a flowering herb of the same name. Milk thistle has been traditionally used as a salve for liver issues such as cirrhosis, jaundice, hepatitis and gallbladder disorders. Diabetics may also benefit from silymarin extract, as research has shown it may have an impact on blood sugar levels and improve cholesterol in those with type 2 diabetes. Bottle contains 60 capsules in all.
