I usually put 1Tbsp Chia seeds into a large glass each day and sip it over the day. This makes the seeds a bit more digestible - with the new organic black Chia seeds I don't have to do that which saves time.

They are OK, I make a snack bag with almonds and cashews, for a late bight snack.

I recently learned about Amla (Indian Gooseberry) as an Ayurvedic medicine (anti-inflammatory and beautiful skin). Within a couple of weeks, I noticed a difference in the clarity and texture of my skin. I already consume sea buckthorn powder & puree for my skin, but the addition of Amla Powder made a noticeable difference. It has a bitter pungent taste, but I've gotten accustomed to it, when mixed with other healthful ingredients.

Its very chewy and a peculiar flavor.

When i ordered them i thought it would be a peanut with a cajun seasoning but its not. The nut has a thick sweet coating and then the spicy. It is not good.
