Brazil nuts have about 2,500 times as much selenium as any other nut. Selenium is a powerful antioxidant which has been proven to protect against heart disease and cancers like prostate cancer.

My husband and I both really enjoy the Brazil Nuts and we get them unsalted to prevent consuming excess sodium intake. They are yummy and it only takes a couple or so to satisfy one's taste for them. We love these.
