More Ways to Enjoy Organic Pepitas
Roast pumpkin seeds in the oven with ginger and orange zest for a spicy autumnal-flavored treat. For a more rich and savory snack, toss pumpkin seeds in butter and pecorino-romano and dust with cracked black pepper.
Seeds like pepitas can also be used to make vegan “cheese.” Blend pepitas with some olive oil until liquified and then blend with umami-rich ingredients like miso paste, turmeric or nutritional yeast.
