King Salmon Teriyaki Jerky offers king-sized flavor and complete protein in every bite. There may be plenty of jerkys in the sea, but our wild caught salmon jerky is clean, lean and jam-packed with rich, sweet and smoky flavor. Made with whole fish strips, brined, smoked and preserved for premium taste and freshness. We love addicting teriyaki flavor that puts hibachi-style salmon flavor at your snack-hungry fingertips. After overnight brining, our salmon jerky undergoes a cold smoke (below 100°) to lock in flavor and moisture. It’s completed with a hot smoke process (165°) so that the fish is fully cooked and the smoky flavor is infused.
For best results once opened please consume within 1 week.
