These bite-size, triangular pastries are made with whole wheat flour and chickpea flour. They are stuffed with fennel seeds, lentils and spices. Dip them in Coriander or Tamarind Chutney for a great snack.

My husband loves these spicy little snacks. I put them in his lunch bag, as an alternative to chips. If you like Indian-spiced food, these spicy little savory pastries are the snack for you :-) Note: they are shaped like "samosas"; but otherwise nothing like the fried hot snacks.
