I purchase many items that I give as my thoughts of gratitude to those who work to make our lives easier; one being the US Postal Mail persons, I received the Macaroons today, and although I had purchased them for myself, I had made an offer to the mailman today, she brushed me off saying that SHE JUST COULDN'T accept. I said fine, and as I turned to walk away she asked me if I had done any baking? I said yes then I said to her "Carrot cake w/crushed pineapple, raisins and cream cheese frosted muffins?" She whispered "Yes, thank you, I will be off till Monday. I said I can bake for Monday, have a great weekend." The macaroons were great; sticky, filling and great with a cup of Master blend coffee.
