What’s not included in the kit?
The nuts (i.e. cashews or almonds), seeds, white beans, or zucchini that you need to make the dairy-free cheese. Also, a strong blender or food processor is recommended to grind whole nuts and seeds into a smooth consistency.
How much cheese can I make?
There are enough supplies included to make 5 batches of mozzarella and at least 15 batches of ricotta (perfect for lasagna!).
