Hazelnuts contain 91 percent monounsaturated fat and less than 4% saturated fat. The last time I ran out of nuts I thought that I would try a local chain health food store. I went into their bulk section and tried a pound of raw organic unsalted nuts. When I got home and tried a couple I knew that I had made a terrible mistake. They cost about the same as yours, but they had no flavor, and I noticed a lot of broken tiny pieces in the bunch. They weren't worth the money. Just received my new order of organic hazelnuts, pecans, and macadamia nuts. Yummy....and no broken pieces!!! Thank you!!!
