Love these on my morning yogurt. I even toast up a few handfuls and use on my yogurt or to top fresh cut up seasonal fruit (along with some Nuts.com Organic Coconut Chips Unsweetened). Delicious as a finishing touch to chicken dishes, and as a low carb alternative to crispy fried noodles on Chinese food and the like.
