I truly enjoy eating these Almonds with the less salt. They're crispy and pop of flavor when you pop one of these into you're mouth. The Almonds, I always get Nuts' Almonds, because they are so good tasting that I also eat 1/2 cup of these a day. I love the pop they make when biting into one- it makes me want another, then another and more. Because they're so good, I limit my daily intake to 1/2 cup. I will want more so I try to be judicious in how much I eat of these (and, the Cashews.) But, they are so delicious, it's really difficult to be discerning about amounts.
