When life gives you lemon crystals, make lemonade! That’s right - our crystallized lemon is made from 100% natural fresh-squeezed lemons so it makes delicious lemonade and lemon juice in a jiffy. The tart, citrus flavor is also perfect to liven up cocktails and marinades. Lemon crystals are a convenient, easy-to-use way to give your beverages and recipes an intense lemon flavor.
2 Tsp of lemon crystals is the equivalent of 1Tbsp of lemon juice. 6 tsp of lemon crystals is equivalent to the juice of approximately 1 lemon.
How to Make Lemonade
Add 6-8 teaspoons of lemon crystals to 8 ounces of water. Dissolve completely. Adjust the quantity based on your taste and sweeten as desired.
