I enjoy Lion's Mane Mushroom Powder in my morning coffee (a generous 1/2 teaspoon), along with reishi, chaga and cordyceps mushrooms. The mushroom powders add a creaminess to the coffee (I add milk as well to a large mug). I learned of Lion's Mane health benefits from my careful and critical online research; and I can certainly use those benefits to my brain, immune system, physical endurance and recovery, and gut health.
