Makes the best ever non-dairy organic hot chocolate! Adds a smooth, creamy quality to pretty much any recipe that calls for milk or cream. I tend towards food sensitivities and was cautious about the the small amounts of dextrose and texturizer, lab processed additives. They are classed as organic, and after nearly a year of cautious indulgence, I haven't had any problems. The organic instant creamer of our dreams!
