Use dynamic and dense buckwheat flour to make homemade pancakes, crepes, breads, pastas and more. Our Buckwheat Flour is produced by mechanical harvesting, cleaning, dehulling, and grinding buckwheat grain. This flour is a star player in the kitchen, loaded with more nutritional value than rice, corn or wheat flours.
Nutritional Benefits of Buckwheat
Find out the bountiful health benefits of buckwheat and learn why superfood champions like Dr. Perricone lists it among the best healthy foods!
Protein-packed: Buckwheat flour boasts more protein than wheat or millet thanks to its high concentration of amino acids lysine and arginine.
More minerals, more vitamins: Compared with true grains, buckwheat packs more zinc, manganese and copper per serving.
Heart healthier: Buckwheat has been prized as a “blood building” food for its contents of flavonoids and antioxidant polyphenols which supports the circulatory system. Rutin in buckwheat works as an ACE inhibitor and helps stabilize high blood-pressure.
Soluble fiber strong: Buckwheat has a substantial amount of soluble fiber, which produces digestion byproducts that can reduce bad cholesterol levels as well as the risk of colon cancer. Most true grains are higher in insoluble fiber, by comparison.
Ingredients:
Buckwheat Packaged in the same facility as: Peanuts, Tree Nut, Wheat, Soy, Milk, Sesame, Fish, Shellfish, Egg, and Sulfites.

It so hard to find good buckwheat flour these days. My family has been the buckwheat grinding business for 6 generations. I know what good flour is about. And it's not that brown the try to push on us.
