This salumi is great! Very flavorful and not too salty. I used this in an Italian-inspired cold pasta dish, and was so pleased with the result! It marries so well with a fruity olive oil-based vinaigrette, exuding fabulous flavor! A necessary buy for those, like me, who appreciate a great cheese plate. Fab with Gorgonzola Dulce!
