I find Panko one of the best breadcrumbs for all cooking, from air frying to regular frying I get the crunch I look for. I often will reduce them in size in the food processor and add olive oil when looking for a finer texture for air fry on fish/chicken/onion rings. Nuts.com offers the best value.
