Make your own falafel at home. Falafel is a wonderful appetizer served hot or at room temperature. It also makes a delicious vegetarian meal. Directions: Mix 1 cup of water and 1 cup of dry mix in a bowl and let stand for 30 minutes. Mold into patties (about 1 inch wide) and deep fry in hot oil or bake until crisp and golden.
Ingredients:
Fava Beans, Chickpeas, Spices, Salt, Baking Powder, Sunflower Oil. Packaged in the same facility as: Peanuts, Tree Nut, Wheat, Soy, Milk, Sesame, Fish, Shellfish, Egg, and Sulfites.

I have always wanted to make falafels but procrastinated because all the recipes seem like they take a long time or have ingredients that I can’t find. This mix is so simple to make and it tastes great! We love them! Maybe someday in the future I’ll get ambitious and make them from scratch! It looks like nuts.com has some of the ingredients I would need too!
