Shoyu, or soy sauce, is your favorite Japanese condiment, but better! This Organic soy sauce is the by-product of fermented organic soybeans. We tasted a lot of Japanese and Japanese style soy sauces. This was our favorite shoyu at this price point. The soy sauce is brewed in Japan using old world techniques. It is a great value at 25.4 ounces, and will go a long way. It can enhance the flavor of many different recipes and dishes, including noodles, potstickers, salads, chicken, beef, fish and more. For quality purposes, we recommend storing this organic soy sauce in the refrigerator after opening.
