Mae Ploy Sweet Chili Sauce is a popular sauce throughout Malaysia and Singapore, and rightfully so! Made from a blend of selected red chilies and plum, it lends a mild and well-balanced sweet heat to recipes. It’s wonderful with roasted chicken, beef, pork and other meats, and can be used as a tasty dipping sauce for egg rolls, dim sum dishes, and rice cakes. No MSG added.

Sugar, Water, Pickled Red Chilli, Vinegar, Garlic, Salt, Stabilizer: Xanthan Gum (E415). Packaged in the same facility as: Peanuts, Tree Nut, Wheat, Soy, Milk, Sesame, Fish, Shellfish, Egg, and Sulfites.

This sauce is great, I used it in a Sweet and Savory Chicken dish. It was not as “spicy” as some other chili mixtures. I was very pleased with it. Can’t wait to use it as a dip with Egg Rolls, and on roasted Chicken.
