These milk chocolate wafers are perfect for baking. These are about the size of a nickel and soften at a higher temperature than normal chocolate, making them ideal for cooking. They taste really great to munch on too!
Since these are designed for cooking and baking, they do not have an exact melting temperature. Because of the different fats in the chocolate these will slowly begin to soften at 95 degrees F.
Due to the high softening temperature, this product is not designed for chocolate molds.
Ingredients:
Sugar, Full Hydrogenated Vegetable Fat (Palm), Non Fat Dry Milk, Full Reduced Fat Cocoa Powder, Whey Protein, Sunflower Lecithin, Vanilla. MAY CONTAIN: SESAME, PEANUT, TREENUTS. Packaged in the same facility as: Peanuts, Tree Nut, Wheat, Soy, Milk, Sesame, Fish, Shellfish, Egg, and Sulfites.

I buy these to dip my cookies but my husband usually gets into them and munches on them before I get a chance to bake. I've made Non-Pareils by placing them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and placed in a barely warm oven for a few minutes then sprinkle them with Nuts.com's non-parents all over them. I place them in the refrigerator to cool where afterwards I store them in an air-tight container. They don't last long as they are one of my husband's favorites.
