These dark chocolate wafers are perfect for baking . These are about the size of a nickel and soften at a higher temperature than normal chocolate making them ideal for cooking. They taste really great to munch on too!
Since these are designed for cooking and baking, they do not have an exact melting temperature. Because of the different fats in the chocolate these will slowly begin to soften and melt at 95 degrees F.
Due to the high softening temperature, this product is not designed for chocolate molds.
Ingredients:
Sugar, Vegetable Oil (Palm Kernel, Palm) Cocoa (Processed with Alkali), Lactose, Sunflower Lecithin, Vanilla. Packaged in the same facility as: Peanuts, Tree Nut, Wheat, Soy, Milk, Sesame, Fish, Shellfish, Egg, and Sulfites.

I can't remember how many orders we've had of these dark chocolate wafers, but they are so popular in my family that I have put them on a scheduled shipment. Great in baking but also for a chocolate fix. The husband and I use them as stress relief.
